Adding weight is a hazard, not just in the body but even materialistically and also in our psychology. One has to watch out against the obesity in lifestyle, take a simple style, life will be lot more happier if we adopt minimalistic philosophy.
Recycle , Reduce waste
Do we sort the garbage before putting it out?
Well, There are certain things we can do to help save the environment
  • We create lot of waste by buying too many pencils and colour pencils for our children year after year . We can recycle them.
  • The daily newspaper becomes a waste after 9am. Give it to people who reuse it. 
  • Make compost out of the organic waste from cut vegetables.This can be used for the plants.
  • Bags can be made out of the old curtains, instead of wasting them.The tailor charges a small sum.
    They can be used for supermarket shopping. They can be gifted too.
  • Print letters only when necessary. The blank side of printed paper can be used by children to ractise studies.
  • Participate in the Clean-up drives.
